Let us convey the serenity and adventure you felt when he proposed in that remote backcountry paradise on a three-day camping trip. All Yours Invitations will happily tuck your personalities, hobbies, engagement story, or first date into an envelope to share with your friends and family.
inconsistencies add personality
Let All Yours Invitations create a card tailored to fit you and your special day. Because every wedding invitation is handmade, please expect minor inconsistencies from one card to the next. In the same way that no two couples are alike, each individual handmade invitation will have its own character- some with longer ribbons or maybe different flower placement.
custom colors and textures
Colors, papers, and ribbon not pictured on the website are encouraged! Just because we picture a card in navy blue with a white ribbon does not mean that you can't pair a flourescent pink card with a mustard-colored ribbon if those are you and your fiance's favorite colors. 'Flourescent pink and mustard?' you ask. Yes. We at All Yours Invitations are confident that we can make any color combination work.
environmentally friendly cards
There's no way around it, sending wedding invitations uses a lot of paper. Offering acid-free, 100% recycled papers is one of the ways All Yours Invitations helps to minimize environmental impact. To reduce waste and save you a few bucks on material cost, we are committed to saving scrap paper and ribbon to reuse whenever possible. Upon your request, we can add a subtle note in your cards indicating your conscientious choice in invitation materials. For environmental reasons, All Yours Invitations does not use inner envelopes and encourages response postcards; however, response cards with envelopes are available.
font options
These are our most popular font options; however, many more fonts are available on request. Please discuss your ideas with our designer. You are also welcome to send us a font of your choice.
digital & real samples
Just how accurately will your digital samples represent your real invitations? In each case it varies slightly, but ask our designer to demonstrate the accuracy of All Yours digital designs.
Real samples of your invitation are available with a deposit of $30, which is applied to the final purchase of your invitations. Included in your real sample is one chosen design. Due to the specialization of each order, certain elements may add an additional restocking fee, not applied to the final purchase of your invitations. For instance, if you want to see 5 different envelope colors in your sample package, there may be a restocking fee for the styles you do not choose. After the first round of real samples, additional real samples will be billed.
If you just want to get a feel for the paper weight and texture, and printing, ask your designer about shipping a generic sample. Your sample might not be anything close to what you have in mind for your own invitation as far as styling, but it will give you a feel for the craftsmanship, paper, and printing; and we can usually ship them at no cost to you!
timing is critical
It takes between 4 weeks to 3 months from the day you begin the design process to the day that your finished product is at your door. Four weeks is the minimum amount of time the design process will take assuming that you do not want to pay rush order fees; please note that this minimum amount of time does not allow time for ordering samples! Beginning the design process 4 weeks before you want your invitations in-hand allows for just one week for you and the designer to create samples, review and update samples, and send your payment. The other 3 weeks are required to fill your order.
If you are ordering samples, begin your design process at least 7 weeks before you want your invitations in-hand. In this scenario, you have weeks 1 and 2 to develop your digital samples and place a sample order, week 3 your samples will arrive, week 4 allows you to make any final revisions and place your final order. The last 3 weeks your order will be filled.
By what date should you have your invitations in-hand?
If you are sending save-the-date cards, they are most helpful to your guests if you send them 8-12 months ahead. Wedding invitations should go out 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. Allow 3 days-2 weeks for addressing your envelopes by hand (depending, of course, on how many guests you are inviting and how many addresses you can write in one evening before your hand cramps up). If you are having your envelopes addressed by a calligrapher, please ask him/her for a timeframe based on your guest list.

Initial design consultation is free - just fill out our online form, drop our designer an email at Apryle@AllYoursInvitations.com and we can begin the customization process by discussing the specifics of your event. Often, we are able to suggest ideas and even provide digital samples of your custom wedding invitations at this stage in the process.
After our first consultation, we will arrange a second "meeting" at which our designer will present you with two prototype invitations, including prototypes of each "detail" requested (i.e. reception, response, thank-you, and place cards). To cover time and materials for these prototypes, we charge a non-refundable design consultation fee of $30 at this point. As you proceed with the design process, we will apply this $30 to the final purchase of your cards.
Invitation prototypes must be approved at least three weeks before ship date to not be considered late. "Late approvals" in some cases may be subject to extra charges.
Custom cards and details will be individually priced. Making two or more changes to a card from our online pictured portfolio is considered customization and will be subject to the design consultation fee. All of the handmade wedding invitations pictured on the website range in cost between $3.00-$15 per invitation.
A sales tax of 7.7% will be charged to all orders shipped to destinations within Colorado. 3% will be added for payments made through paypal. Shipping and handling is $16 for orders over 15 sets of invitations.

shipping and handling
A flat-rate of $16.00 will be added for shipping and handling. Unless a different service is requested, All Yours Invitations ships all wedding invitations through United States Postal Service (USPS) ground. All Yours Invitations is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged goods during transit.
Your order is being custom made by hand, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your invitations to ship. Your order will not begin processing until payment is received and your proofs are approved.
Once an order is shipped, please expect 2-5 days for your order to arrive.
rush orders
Because All Yours Invitations are handmade for each customer, rush orders will add %20 to your final purchase. Please leave time for sample orders, if you plan to preview your invitations before placing your final order. Sample orders will take up to 2 weeks to fill, depending on the complexity of your invitation materials.
Invitation samples (or proofs if you are choosing not to order samples) must be approved and payment received at least three weeks before ship date.

If you’re having a local wedding on a non-holiday weekend, All Yours Invitations does not encourage sending save-the-date cards.
However, if you choose Labor Day weekend for your big day, save-the-date cards are useful since people tend to make special plans early for long weekends. In this case, save-the-date cards are generally mailed about five months before your wedding date.
Alternately, you may wish to send save-the-dates if some of your guests will have to travel to attend your wedding. In this case, your save-the-date mailings should go out about 9–12 months prior to the wedding. This gives guests plenty of time to make travel arrangements and to plan to take extra time off from work if they want to stretch your wedding into a vacation of their own.
If there are certain guests who fall into the last category and others who are local, it's OK to just send the save-the-dates to those who need them.
how many invitations will you need?
To determine the number of invitations to order, count one invitation for each of the following: a) couple (married or living together), b) family with children under 18, c) each child 18 years old or older and still living at home, d) single guest, e) fiancée/fiancé of a guest, and f) invited boy- or girl- friend of a guest. For example, in a house with one set of parents and five children (one child 17, one 14 and three children 18 and older), four invitations would be sent. One would be sent to the parents with the name of the 17 year old and the 14 year old on the line below the parents’ names. And one invitation each for the three siblings 18 and older.
All Yours Invitations recommends purchasing 20% more invitations than you think you'll need. Having a few extras allows for some family mementos of your special day and is also a nice safeguard in case your puppy gets hungry and decides card stock and glue taste good.
